getting fit i will be healthy

now hanging on my wardrobe door is this calender of august! not just any calender though, an exercise calender. split up using colour coding across the month. complete with cardio, strength training, weigh-in days, rest days and a ‘take a random walk option”. it’s amazing for motivation and to keep on track. :-)
